First time visitor and very happy with everything. All I can say is come hungry I ordered the chicken pot pie soup Reuben and sweet potato fries. Needless to say I had take out boxes. We were greeted and seated right away, our server was amazing and the young man clearing the tables and bussing was just as amazing. My brother and sister in law wanted to take me out for dinner as a treat, visiting them from SA TX. The portions and food was over the top. I had hot tea with honey, so soothing and refreshing. The restrooms have a baby changing station, very clean and lots of room to move around. High chairs for the kiddos and a kids menu. We had strawberry cheesecake for dessert, excellent. See the dessert selection when you enter the door. The booths are wide enough for my 6'2" brother to sit comfortably and plenty of room for my rolator. Thank you Charlies for an amazing dinner. I had some of my chicken pot pie soup in the middle of the night...delicious.

My godmother made reservations at a different restaurant, but they were overbooked, so a family member suggested we come here instead. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was entirely different from where we had come from. You could tell that the staff was well-coordinated, happy, and ready to serve. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. We had at least twenty people in our group, and they handled everything perfectly. I will definitely come here again.

The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The pita was fresh, soft, and paired perfectly with the soup and fries we ordered. Great portions, great taste, and overall a fantastic dining

50/5 stars!! Absolutely hands down one of the best hole in the wall restaurants in the state of Michigan!! The staff are amazing and they genuinely take time for their customers. I've seen one of the waiters sit and talk with an older couple that must be regulars for about 5 minutes and he looked completely genuine with his conversation with them. Their attitudes are amazing for all the people they serve and how busy they get, but they will NEVER rush you when they get to you for your order or if you have any questions. The food is AMAZING! The portions are big so you definitely get your moneys worth when you come eat here. I can almost promise that you'll be leaving with a take out container.

We go a couple times a month. Their food is delicious, especially their soups. I don't recommend the chicken tenders. But the turkey dinner, the seafood platter and the fajitas are outstanding!! Tons of food for a great price. And the service is always top notch!!

This place is awesome! Always good food & awesome employees. It sucks to see people in there constantly trying to rip off the owner.. I’ve seen people multiple times try to get free food. Don’t take advantage of nice restaurants in this area, it’s such a shame.

A friend and I were in the area, to take her new puppy for shots. We had free time before the visit, and stopped at Charlie's. My first time eating there. I ordered a burger and she ordered breakfast. Both of us enjoyed the food. It arrived promptly and hot. Waitress consistently refilled our water and coffee. I would gladly eat there again.
